Making mental daily cleanliness is necessary if we are to make any progress in our life.
It's like starting your day with your own personal ritual and ending your day with your ritual too.
You can use candles, read a passage from your favorite book, have tea, water, coffee, prayer or mediation, swim in cold water...whatever you choose make it special. In the evening it's good to go over your day and give thanks to the Divine (God).
Write it down and if you miss something you had plan to do, you have tomorrow for more success. And be grateful because gratitude is the key to success!
