#2 Review Diet For Women 40+

If you're like me and been struggling with your weight for years, the weekends is the hardest. Because, you go ahead and eat the pizza and more, but comes Monday and plan to diet again.

I remember when I thought if I join a gym and get trainer, that would help me loose weight. But, it didn't work for me. Sure, I lost some weight but, once I got behind and got tried of going to be tortured by the trainer, I stop going. 

So, next Monday I'll start a new diet...Until Now!
